Córtex Frontal works with other non-profits, universities, foundations, museums and companies in Portugal and abroad.
Residency exchanges
We run reciprocal exchanges with other residencies: an artist put forward by the partner comes to Arraiolos, and an artist connected to Córtex Frontal does a residency at the partner's space.
We offer private accommodation, a workspace and participation in our programme. Residencies last three or four weeks. Selection, dates and funding are agreed with each partner.
Institutional partnerships
We develop projects with other institutions: we organise thematic residencies and host projects, exhibitions, workshops and training programmes. Examples include the FLAD Visual Arts Course and A Raia, with FARRA/MACE.
Donations
We welcome donations from individuals and companies to create grants for artists. A donation can cover all or part of an artist's residency, or set up an annual grant named after its donor.
